All Girls are beautiful!!

Mathematics is boring! How many of you would disagree to this if mathematics could prove to you that all the girls in this world are beautiful?

I hope all of you’ve heard about a fundamental proving mechanism called induction. Okay all of you have. So for those of you who don’t remember it ( I can bet you wont forget it after hearing it’s charisma of proving all girls beautiful), goto bottom of page.

The Magic:

1) I take one beautiful girl (say aishwarya rai)… or any girl who is beautiful to you (beauty is such a relative term). So ash is one girl she is beautiful It is true for n=1.

2) I assume in a set of k girls all girls are beautiful…remember it is an assumption…. Step 2 complete…

Now all I have to do I prove that in a set of k+1 girls all of them are beautiful

3) Suppose I take k+1 girl… I split them into two sets (first one has 1 to k girls and the second one had 2 to k+1 girls)…

As we all know that in any set of k girls all of them have to beautiful(assumption) we know that the first set and the second set(both of which have K girls) have to beautiful.

Therefore any set of k+1 girls are beautiful on our assumption that k girls are beautiful

Hurray! All the girls in this world are beautiful

The Induction:

1) You try to prove whatever you want to, for n=1(a single entry)

2) You assume it is true for some n=k (some no of entities)

3) And try proving it’s validity for n=k+1

which implies whatever no of entities you take, for the next number of entities the statement is true…. Which implies it is true for any number of entities.

I didn’t know that you are soooooo jobless.
anyways, Post more of Aishwarya and other beautiful girls pictures. ;)

  2. m00nie Says:

yippieeeeee then i am beautiful too… n the way u proved all gals r beautiful i can prove that all men r crazy… ur one of em :p

  3. vignesh Says:

    vetti nayae . . . u r so jobless on earth is it . . .
    thu. .

  4. curses Says:

To prove any number multiplied by zero is itself

    1) 0*0 = 0
    Proved for 1st case

    2) Assume for any number ‘n’,
    n*0 = n

    3) For (n+1)

    (n+1)*0 = n*0 + 1*0
= n + 1 (by assumption that any number multiplied by zero is itself)

    Case 1 is true,
    If n*0 = n is true, then (n+1)*0 = n+1 is also true

hence any number multiplied by zero gives itself

    ipadi thaan irukku un logic..

flawed assumption, and usage of exception as a first case. Obviously the induction’ll be flawed too :)

  6. Krishna Says:

    Srik anna Vignesh,
    Whatever

    M00nie
    U cannot misuse my theory

    Curses,
Dont expose yourself da…ensineering mba aspirant software prof…..
My assumption may be flawed because it is just assumption

But your fact for 0*0 does not exist at all da… step one itself is wrong

  7. SHEK Says:

frankly i never found mathematics boring till 10th std.it was only after 11th,when I got introduced to some weird concepts like calculus, the letter e(whose value I still dont know),etc.that I developed an aversion towards mathematics. And now u r using the same weird logic that we studied in 11th,to prove that girls are beautiful.

  8. SHEK Says:

i remember reading somewhere that e represents a number between 2 and 3.Can f be used to represent a number between 3 and 4?

  9. curses Says:

hello? what is 0*0? 1st std payyan kooda 0 nu solluvaan.. what do u mean it doesnt exist?

  10. curses Says:

    0/0 thaan doesnt exist..

  11. Krishna Says:

    Dude
u are exposing yourself way too much… 0/0 also does not exist da….. please… and even in that case first you have to take for n=1 and then assume for n i is true… not for n=0..

    Whatever the flaw lies elsewhere

  12. Ravi Kamdar Says:

hah! funny… if girls are happy by this logic, let them be!! but truth is stranger than mathematics!

  13. curses Says:

that’s what i said.. 0/0 doesnt exist… but 0*0 DOES exist.. ur a math student, and shud know..

if u can take ur first case to be as abstract as aishwarya rai, i can take an abstract first case ‘zero’.. u took an exception, so did i..

  14. thewrongone Says:

0*0 DOES not exist……. read my comment properly…..

  15. Narayanan Says:

All girls/Women are beautiful – provided you are not gay ..not need for any Math here.!

But your Logic is as usual hi-tech.!

  16. curses Says:

do me a favour.. I’m interested in knowing why 0*0 doesnt exist.. un lecturer kitta kaetutu variya?

  17. Ragesh Says:

@shek e is not just a number between 2 and 3. its actual value is 2.71828183….

  18. kk Says:

I liked that division of (k+1) girls into two sets of k girls each,to keep ur proof in agreement with ur assumption..Cool stuff..
